Galapagos Day 4

June 7, 2016

Today we had a FULL day at Floreana Island, one of the more well known islands due to the "Post Office Bay" set up during the time of whalers.   A wooden barrel set up in the late 1700's began a tradition that continues today with visitors to the island leaving unstamped postcards for others to find and deliver once back at home.
On this day we had time for sea kayaking, beach combing, futballing (soccer), snorkeling and journaling!!  EXTRAORDINARY!
